Town Center is relatively young, but is gaining in popularity. It is evolving into an eclectic mix of retail, dining, and professional service tenants who are currently establishing a very vibrant and convenient commercial presence on the western edge of Franklin. Town Center is comprised of two villages, allied by a 9-acre lake and Front Street. As shown in the master plan, the property in between the east and west villages will at some point be developed into a lake front promenade which will front a variety of homes and smaller retail outlets.
